Opening Prayer Given by the Guest Chaplain:
O God who creates and sustains all, living in times of great change and discernment, we ask that You bless this Chamber. Grant to its Members deliberative spirits, humble hearts, and faculties completely dedicated to the service of our people that the United States of America may ever abide in peace, prosperity, and fraternal charity among the nations.
