Opening Prayer Given by the Guest Chaplain:
Lord, during this holy season which
prompts us to especially lift our
thoughts to You, may You bless this
Congress with Your wisdom and the
peace and justice it creates when we
turn to You.
We further pray that in this inclement
weather You give its Members safe
passage home to be with their loved
ones and to experience the joy this creates.
