Opening Prayer Given by the Guest Chaplain:
Good and gracious God, You taught us that to love You means to love our neighbor. May we look upon all of those we meet today as beloved brothers and sisters. May we treat others as we would treat You––with respect and with love. Make our words soft and our faces kind. May peace reign in our hearts, overflow throughout this place and make it holy. We pray this in Thy sacred name. Amen.
